Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Refund Principle
A full refund is available after payment if the reading result has not yet been generated.
2. Non-refundable Services
Once a reading or consultation result has been provided, refunds may be restricted due to the nature of digital content under Article 17(2) of Korea's Electronic Commerce Act.
3. One-to-One Consultation Cancellations
Cancellations made at least two days before the appointment receive a full refund. Cancellations one day before receive a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
4. Ebooks and Digital Content
Ebooks and digital content may be canceled only before download or email delivery.
5. Duplicate Payments and System Errors
Payments caused by duplication or system errors will be refunded in full.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email gjm38854@gmail.com or contact KakaoTalk “여왕운세샾” with your order number. Requests are normally processed within three to five business days.
